Do you ever wonder what you can do to help change someone’s life? Imagine living in a shelter and only having one roll of toilet paper for the week or even the month. Imagine receiving $250.00 per month in food stamps and cash to feed a family of four or preparing a monthly allowance to budget that $250.00. Would you be able to meet your children’s basic needs such as food, clothing and school supplies? In our every day society woman and men are faced with this situation and pray for a better tomorrow for themselves and their children.
POVERTY IS REAL!!!
T.C.S.S.I. believes that we all can make a difference. Ten people giving $25.00 can help a needy family. One hundred people giving $25.00 can help ten needy families and so on. At T.C.S.S.I. our services are FREE TO THOSE IN NEED. We need the support of a caring community helping, sharing and enriching the survival of others.
WE ARE NOT YET FUNDED BY PUBLIC FUNDS OR GRANTS WE RELY ON DONATIONS FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO HAVE A KINDHEART AND WISH TO GIVE OF THEMSELVES TO CHANGE OUR COMMUNITY.
T.C.S.S.I. provides Family Daycare Services, After School & Tutor Services, Substance & Alcohol Abuse, Preventive Services (Youth & Adults,) Free Condom Outreach Program. HIV & AIDS Preventive Services (Youth & Adults,) Wellness programs, Senior Citizen Awareness Program, GED & Literacy, Workforce Development, Computer & Internet Training, Feed the Hungry Program and Web & Graphic Development. T.C.S.S.I. gives a $25.00 dollar stipend towards childcare cost for those parents (who attend our Daycare) who pay out of pocket and are struggling to pay for childcare. Remember that some of us are blessed with so much. Let’s think of those who are not as fortunate. Share your blessings and your good fortune. Giving a donation to Thornhill will enrich the lives of so many unfortunate families. All donations are tax deductible (check with your tax advisor.)
